The first physical copy of Ride On arrived at my door:

This event means it will be available in time for Christmas shopping. It will be available in the paperback version above and in a Kindle version. It should be listed on Amazon and Goodreads very soon.
Once you’ve read it (or at least the description on the back cover), you’ll understand that the cover doesn’t lie: most of the story is told in those images. Of course, that leaves out the 608 pages of humor, sadness, and romance that you’re paying for, but in this case, what you see is what you get.
It is on the long side, but that’s because my favorite books are ones in which you get to settle in alongside with characters you enjoy being with to join them on a unique journey. With the bland sameness of modern media, I had to write a book I’d enjoy reading, and I’m sure you will too. By the end of it, you’ll be saying, “Why don’t they write stories like this anymore?”
You will also find in the legal boilerplate this sentence:
Absolutely no generative AI was used in the writing of this book.
That is a 100% guarantee. I have made no secret in other posts on this website my feelings about generative AI. I wouldn’t read AI slop and I wouldn’t expect you to pay to do it, either. This is a human story told by a human. No soulless AI could comprehend Karl’s grief, Richard’s uncertainty, Eileen’s devastation, or the treasure hunt creator’s desire to do something just for the sheer fun of it.
It’s The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy pulled down to Earth and mashed up with Ready Player One. Read a review here and get ready to read a book like you’ve probably never read before.

I'd love to hear from you!
