A happy but anxious girl, still trying to figure out which direction to go with her life, meets a rich stranger. At first, he seems like something spawned from Hell itself, but over time, a spark happens as she realizes that underneath that monstrous façade is a real human being. They go on to wash their prejudices from each other in the fountains of paradise.
Happily ever after, etc.
If anyone wrote a novel with this story, I bet it would sell a million copies. Oh, wait, someone did: Jane Austen in Pride and Prejudice. I love modern re-tellings of classic stories if they understand and respect the source material, and this one does that.
